Oct 9Arrive after work or school. Casual check-in, meet the coaches, welcome ceremony, and an easy evening jam so you know who's who before Saturday morning. No pressure — this night is about landing.
No prior experience required — just curiosity and a pair of shoes. Here's the honest walkthrough.
CincyJam is a weekend built around one idea: parkour is better together. Whether you found us through Swift Movement, a friend, or a video that made you curious — you're welcome here. This page will walk you through what to expect and why so many people come back year after year.
One of the Midwest's longest-running parkour gatherings — started by a small group of Cincinnati athletes who wanted a weekend where everyone belonged.
Cincinnati's home for parkour. Professionally coached, insured, and purpose-built.
Every year 500+ athletes from 28 gyms across 9 states show up to move, meet, and celebrate the sport.
If you've never been to one, this is the honest answer. No trophies, no cuts — just a weekend of training together.
Deep dive on jam culture →A parkour jam is a weekend where the community trains together — no brackets, no seeding, just shared movement.
Beginners train right next to pros. Coaches meet you where you are, and everyone celebrates every send.
Professional coaches, purpose-built venues, on-site first aid, and a code of conduct that keeps the space kind.
Workshops, games, challenges, open training, and evening hangs — build the weekend you want.

The full day. Morning workshops split by skill level. Afternoon community games and skill challenges everyone can join. Evening: rooftop garden build, group dinner, and open training under the lights.
A slower pace. Open training, final challenges, the big group photo, and a closing celebration. Most people trade contact info here — the friendships you make Friday are hugs by Sunday.
The most nervous person on Friday is usually the most talkative on Sunday. Here's why we can promise that.
Roughly 40% of attendees each year identify as beginners or newer athletes. You will not be the only one.
Every workshop lists a level. Beginner options run all three days — no waitlists, no gatekeeping.
Every guest is a working coach, not a demo athlete. They're there to actually explain the movement, not perform it.
All indoor spaces are purpose-built parkour gyms with matted floors. Outdoor sessions are coach-supervised and vetted.
If your athlete wants to come, here's what we want you to know first.
Twelve years running this event. Waivers, staffed check-in, clear schedule, and an emergency contact you can call all weekend.
Purpose-built parkour gyms with padded surfaces. Certified coaches supervise every workshop. On-site first aid Fri–Sun.
Structured workshops on movement, strength, and creativity — plus one-on-one mentorship time with athletes who've built careers in the sport.
Ages 12+ can attend solo with a signed waiver. Younger athletes are welcome alongside a parent or guardian on-site.
Zero tolerance for harassment or unsafe behavior. Every attendee agrees at check-in.

I came knowing nobody. By Sunday afternoon I was crying at the group photo because I didn't want to leave.
My daughter had barely done parkour six months. She came home talking about coaches by name and 'her people' in Ohio.
The coaches sat with me and broke down a wall run for twenty minutes. That kind of attention doesn't happen at competitions.
