Get to Cincinnati.

Everything you need to know to land, stay, eat, and move around the weekend.

// Practical stuff

Airport

CVG (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International) is closest — 15 minutes to Swift Movement. CMH (Columbus) is ~2 hours by car and often cheaper. Rideshare from CVG runs ~$25 one-way.

Hotels

Two room blocks within walking distance. Booking codes ship with your ticket confirmation. Both offer group rates and are held until 30 days before the event.

Parking

Free on-site parking all weekend at Swift Movement. Downtown venues have paid garage parking (~$10/day) with meters on side streets.

Public transit

Cincinnati Metro buses run near the venue. The Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar is free and useful for downtown venues. Bike racks at every venue.

Food

Community lunch (Sat) is included with Weekend + Saturday passes. For the rest: coffee shops open early near Swift Movement; downtown is a 10-minute walk to full dinner options; the CincyJam group text always finds late-night pizza.

Local picks

Findlay Market (Sat morning if you're up early), Eden Park views, and the Ohio River walk. Weather is humid — plan for tank tops and one rain layer.
